This position is responsible for providing administrative support for the Durango office team.
Essential Duties & Job Requirements
Front desk greeting and registration
Phones, faxes, and office mail distribution
Provide administrative support including preparing letters, reports, filing, office supplies
Schedule appointments, meetings, arrange travel and prepare itineraries
Coordinate training, special functions and event planning
Maintain files and records, process expense reports and invoices, as requested
Contract preparation and administration (customer notifications), and report analytics
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Word, Excel, document databases)
Ability to interact professionally with guests, customers and staff
Provide prompt, efficient, courteous service to both internal and external customers, and maintain a high level of professionalism
Minimum Requirements: Experience, Educational & Special Training Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent organization skills
Attention to detail & accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Flexibility to work in a team setting supporting multiple individuals
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments and competing deadlines
